They go on the pitch,shouting,and even touch players.! Refs make decisions,under assts presure,who was not in a position,to make such decisions. To much money involved in rugby.!!!

The head collisions cause the most controvesy. Should seriously be looked at by world rugby. It cost many teams in the past and is the difference between winning and losing a game.

I’m going to be a Rugby League referee. I shadowed the main ref in a game yesterday. Mind you the players aren’t pros yet I can tell you this is a difficult and sometimes thankless job. There will be people yelling at me and it’s stressful. If someone thinks they can do a better job then become a referee.

We will have this forever. It will never stop. There is one ref. He can not keep his eye on the ball all the time. He also have to look behind him at times during fast play to look where the other players are in case of off side positions when a player suddenly kicks the ball forward. The ref do not have a replay and he is not always in line with the ball carriers. Many times on criticle time players also can block his view. Later on the camera shows everything with replay and replay and replay. What a mess with new technology

Just going on and on really now that shows clearly a forward pass look what happens at the World cup how can u be proud of a team who makes such mistakes and the ref don't see the mistakes really something must be done to the TMO not a pleasure to watch rugby anymore

im a huge SA fan but i have to say it as it is, that 3rd try was from a forward pass, like by a mile. I called it at the exact moment.

Should never be allowed to tmo again. Hopeless or corrupt it doesn't really matter . Forward beyond any argument.

I see forward passes and shepherding going unnoticed by the ref officials all the time now in rugby and rugby league. It's a joke.

I've seen a lot of forward passes in recent times. Big teams seem to be allowed to do it.

The TMO should be there to assist the referees and touch judges in arriving at decisions; he should not have the ability to be an automatic second "on-field" ref. The TMO should sit with a representative from either side, and they should have the opportunity to review and assist in decisions immediately upon request. Rugby is rough, tough and not always fair (like life), but it should be left to the on-field referees to perform their functions without interference. If this goes much further, AI may well be used to referee future games.

Bring back rucking, hooking and backward passing . Simples.

IMO, World Rugby are destroying the game. When the game needs 6 people ( 1 ref, 2 touch judges and 3 in the "bunker") to police the game, anyone with a brain in their head could figure out that the game is too complicated.

The laws are too complicated, they are just too open for interpretation by biased/lazy ref
